To our many Partners in our National Accounts Program:
During this holiday season, we look to the many blessing that we have experienced, and realize that we owe a great deal of our success to our relationships with you, our partners from around the country. You have entrusted Gateway Telnet to assist you in handling your customer's needs in the Southern California area, and we do not take this trust lightly.
We strive to provide your customers with the best in support, customer interaction, and professionalism. We are, also, blessed to have a great working staff that can provide the highest level of service.
Over the past few years, we have increased our support to our National Account Partners, and have committed to providing them with the timely and highest level of service that our direct customers receive. While we have not increased our pricing to you, our National Partners, since 2015, our labor costs have gone up.
Effective January 15th, 2019, the Gateway TelNet Labor rate will increase from $110 to $119 per hour. Our trip fee will, also, increase from $50 to $55 for locations that are within a 40 mile radius, and from $75 to $80 for locations 41 to 75 miles. Further than 75 miles will be quoted.
This increase will enable us to continue to provide the quality and breadth of service you and your customers have come to know and love.
