To Set the Date:

  • Press [Intercom]
  • Dial "# 6 5 1"
  • Dial in the Date in the format of "YYMMDD" (Y=year, M=month, D=day). Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit month, day or year. For example: August 23, 2001 would be "0 1 0 8 2 3"
  • Press the [Redial] button
  • Press the [Spkr] button

To Set the Time:

  • Press [Intercom]
  • Dial " # 6 5 2"
  • Dial in the Time in the format of "HHMMSS" (H=hour, M=minute, S=second) in the 24-hour clock format. Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit entered. For example: 4:23 PM would be "1 6 2 3 0 0"
  • Press the [Redial] button
  • Press the [Spkr] button

To Set the Day of the Week:

  • Press [Intercom]
  • Dial "# 6 5 3"
  • Enter the number which corresponds to the appropriate day of the week:
    1. Sunday
    2. Monday
    3. Tuesday
    4. Wednesday
    5. Thursday
    6. Friday
    7. Saturday
  • Press the [Redial] button
  • Press the [Spkr] button
