extension 10 or 200. Do not lift the handset for the following procedures...
To Set the Date:
- Press [Intercom]
- Dial "# 6 5 1"
- Dial in the Date in the format of "YYMMDD" (Y=year, M=month, D=day). Enter a leading
0 for any single-digit month, day or year. For example: August 23, 2001 would be
"0 1 0 8 2 3"
- Press the [Redial] button
- Press the [Spkr] button
To Set the Time:
- Press [Intercom]
- Dial " # 6 5 2"
- Dial in the Time in the format of "HHMMSS" (H=hour, M=minute, S=second) in the 24-hour
clock format. Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit entered. For example: 4:23
PM would be "1 6 2 3 0 0"
- Press the [Redial] button
- Press the [Spkr] button
To Set the Day of the Week:
- Press [Intercom]
- Dial "# 6 5 3"
- Enter the number which corresponds to the appropriate day of the week:
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Press the [Redial] button
- Press the [Spkr] button
A: System Speed Dial telephone numbers can be stored in the system
memory by the Administrator station only, typically extension 10 or 200. Do not
lift the handset for the following procedure:
To store a System Speed number in a System Speed Dial Code:
- Press [Redial]
- Press [SD] or [Speed Dial] + System Speed Dial Code
- Input the telephone number to be stored (up to 20 digits).
- Press [Redial]. The information is now stored in memory.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for each telephone number to be stored.
Clearing a Speed Dial Entry:
- Press [Redial]
- Press [SD] or [Speed Dial] + System Speed Dial Code
- Input the telephone number to be stored (up to 20 digits).
- Repeat steps 1-3 for each telephone number to be cleared.
A: This feature enables you to enter a name/title, telephone number,
location, etc. in system memory. This name/title (e.g., LOBBY) displays on your
station's LCD while it is idle, and on other stations' LCDs when you call them or
they call you.
- Press [Intercom] # 6 2 1
- Enter the new information (up to 16 characters). See below for instructions of entering
characters.
- Press [Spkr]
To enter LCD characters use the following dial pad keys:
- 1 – moves right
- * - moves left
- # - toggles between alphanumeric mode (dial pad defaults to numeric mode)
- 0 – scrolls the alpha/special characters
To blank out any portion of a message, press 1 (in alpha mode) and move the cursor
to the right.
To clear name/number display
- Press [Intercom] # 6 2 0
- Press [Spkr]
